By using Medaze.pk or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Medaze.pk is intended for adult buyers (18+) and for institutional purchasers such as hospitals, clinics and NGOs. Certain products are intended for use by qualified healthcare professionals.

Products labelled DRAP-Compliant are sourced from manufacturers or importers registered with the Drug Regulatory Authority of Pakistan. Product images and specifications are provided for reference; minor variations may occur between batches. Medaze is a retailer, not a manufacturer; manufacturer warranties apply as stated on each product page.

Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We accept cash on delivery, bank transfer and card payment; institutional buyers may pay by company cheque or purchase order on approval. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to refuse orders where a listed price is clearly incorrect.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is confirmed only when we send an order confirmation. If a product is out of stock after your order is placed, we will notify you and offer a full refund, replacement, or backorder.

Delivery timelines are estimates based on courier performance. See our Shipping & Returns page for city-wise timelines. Risk of loss passes to the buyer on delivery.

Our Satisfied or Return policy allows returns of eligible unopened products within 7 days of delivery. Hygiene items (masks, gloves, sterile consumables, first aid items with broken seals) are non-returnable. Warranties on devices and hospital furniture follow the terms stated on each product page and by the manufacturer.

All content on Medaze.pk — text, product descriptions, logos, images, layout — is owned by Medaze or its licensors and is protected by Pakistani and international copyright law. You may not copy, republish or resell content without written permission.

You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting unauthorised access, interfering with service, submitting fraudulent orders, or using the site to breach any Pakistani law.

To the extent permitted by law, Medaze's liability for any product is limited to the price paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for clinical outcomes arising from the use of any product.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page with an effective date.
