Medaze is a Pakistani medical-equipment retailer operating at medaze.pk, supplying DRAP-compliant diagnostic devices, PPE, surgical instruments, hospital furniture, first aid and mobility products to hospitals, clinics and families across Pakistan.

• Order information — name, delivery address, phone number, email, and order contents you submit when placing an order or requesting a quote.
• Contact information — details you submit via our contact form, WhatsApp, or email.
• Usage information — basic technical data (device type, browser, pages visited) collected by our hosting platform and standard analytics to help us improve the site.

We do not intentionally collect health data or clinical records. Please don't send patient information via our contact channels.

• To process, confirm and deliver your orders.
