Our return policy, in plain words
If a product isn't right for your needs and it's still unopened, we'll take it back. No hidden restocking fees, no long email chains.
7-day return window
Return eligible unopened, unused products within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please keep the original packaging and invoice.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene and clinical-safety reasons, single-use items (masks, gloves, syringes, dressings, sterile consumables) and first aid items are non-returnable once the seal is broken.
Damaged or defective on arrival
If a product arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us on WhatsApp within 48 hours with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at our cost.
Warranty claims
Manufacturer warranties (typically 1–2 years on devices and hospital furniture) are honoured beyond the return window. Contact us with your invoice to initiate a claim.
How to start a return
Message us on WhatsApp at +92 306 1628298 or email info@medaze.pk with your order number. We'll book a courier pickup or share a return address. Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days of receiving the product.
